Why is my insurance company only paying for part of my roof or siding?

This happens all the time — and it’s almost never because they’re right. Sometimes adjusters approve only one slope of the roof or one side of the house, citing “spot damage” or “partial repair.” But in reality, matching laws and manufacturer requirements often make full replacement necessary.

Faraday’s experts know these codes and requirements inside and out. We don’t just accept partial approvals — we fight them with code documentation, manufacturer letters, and photographic evidence. For example, if your shingles or siding color can’t be matched, or if repairing one section voids the manufacturer’s warranty, that’s grounds for a full replacement.

We handle these disputes professionally through the supplement process, not by arguing — by proving. Our documentation speaks the adjuster’s language and aligns with building codes across Boulder County and Colorado at large.

Faraday’s goal isn’t to “push” insurance — it’s to make sure your claim is handled fairly, based on facts and standards. That’s why homeowners trust us to get approvals that others can’t. If your insurance company says “partial,” we step in to make it “complete.”
