What happens if my roof needs extra work after tear-off?

That’s where having Faraday pays off big. When we tear off your old roof, we inspect the decking, flashing, and ventilation. If we uncover additional issues — such as rotten decking, code-required upgrades, or hidden damage — we document it immediately and handle it with your insurance company.

This process is called supplementing, and it’s one of Faraday’s strongest skill sets. We submit photos, code references, and cost adjustments directly to your adjuster so that the additional work gets approved and paid for — not passed on to you.

Other contractors might stop the job or demand payment on the spot. Faraday doesn’t. We handle the claim corrections, complete the work properly, and ensure your roof is 100% compliant with building codes.

That’s what makes Faraday different — we do things the right way, not the easy way. When you hire us, you’re hiring peace of mind knowing your roof will be finished to perfection, even if surprises pop up along the way.
